Role Overview We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Designer — a hands-on creative leader who can turn strategy into striking visuals and campaigns. You’ll lead the creative direction across digital marketing, brand campaigns, and performance ads, guiding a small team of designers while staying close to execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of marketing designers. Develop and execute creative strategy across paid, owned, and social channels. Drive campaign concepts for product launches, seasonal pushes, and partnerships. Maintain a consistent visual identity across Way.com’s global marketing ecosystem. Partner with Growth, Product, and Content teams to create high-performing visuals. Inspire creative excellence and mentor designers to elevate craft quality. Balance creativity with marketing performance and data-driven decisions. Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in marketing design, art direction, or brand design. Proven experience leading creative or design teams. Strong portfolio showcasing campaign systems, digital storytelling, and ad design. Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Premiere Pro. Experience in performance design and knowledge of CTR, engagement metrics, and creative testing. Strong visual storytelling and typography skills. A passion for clean, modern, and conversion-friendly design.
