Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer who loves turning ideas into visuals that perform. You’ll design high-impact campaigns, ads, and visuals across platforms — from paid media to social and email — collaborating with the creative, growth, and product teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create digital ad creatives, banners, and social visuals for ongoing campaigns. Conceptualize visuals for product launches and seasonal campaigns. Design for performance with a balance of creativity and clarity. Work with copywriters, growth managers, and product designers. Execute designs that fit Way.com’s visual brand and tone. Explore motion and storytelling to drive engagement. Preferred SkillsPreferred Skills and Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in marketing design or growth design. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Strong sense of layout, typography, and storytelling. Understanding of digital marketing and ad metrics. A portfolio that shows creativity and an eye for detail. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow fast in a creative environment.
