Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients across targeted industries. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through CRM tools, outbound strategies, and networking. Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to client needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience in the sales industry. 1–2 years of experience in the communication technology or customer engagement platform sector preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Willingness to travel frequently. Strong networking ability with a proven record of closing deals.
