Web Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, efficient code and developing responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to build and maintain high-quality websites and web applications. A strong grasp of core front-end technologies—including JavaScript, CSS (including Sass), and HTML—is essential, along with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain modern, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Convert Figma or other design mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect web pages.
Ensure high performance and cross-browser compatibility across various devices.
Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Maintain code quality through documentation, testing, and participation in code reviews.
Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
Advanced proficiency in HTML5: Strong understanding of semantic markup, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
Advanced CSS3 skills: Expertise in Flexbox, CSS Grid, responsive design, animations, and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS.
Strong understanding of browser behavior and front-end performance optimization techniques.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Knowledge of modern tools and platforms such as WordPress, Figma, Photoshop, PHP, or Tailwind CSS is a plus.
