SEO Backlink Specialist About the Role We're searching for a highly motivated SEO Backlink Specialist to join our dynamic SEO and digital marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes SEO, digital marketing, and link-building strategies, and who thrives on staying ahead of Google's ever-evolving algorithm changes and the impact of AI-driven search results.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in building high-quality backlinks, executing effective off-page SEO strategies, analyzing competitors, and proactively adapting to search trends influenced by Google’s latest ranking signals, including the Search Generative Experience (SGE) and Helpful Content Updates. You'll also integrate principles like E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) into our link-building approaches. Key Responsibilities Strategize & Implement: Plan, implement, and manage highly effective link-building strategies. Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities. Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor backlink analysis using industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Monitor & Optimize: Continuously monitor and evaluate backlink profiles for toxicity and overall quality. Report Performance: Provide regular (weekly/monthly) performance reports on backlink campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1-2 years of solid experience in SEO with a dedicated focus on link building. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity and hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, etc. Algorithm Knowledge: A strong understanding of Google's algorithms, key ranking factors, and potential penalties. Communication: Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data effectively and formulate evidence-based strategies. Drive: A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills International SEO: Experience with international SEO and acquiring backlinks in various geographies. Technical & On-Page SEO: A foundational understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO best practices.
