Freshers or recent graduates with a strong grasp of English (both written and spoken). Those who have a natural ability to understand, analyze, and simplify content for others. Individuals who enjoy organizing ideas, creating flow in learning materials, and thinking from a learner’s perspective.

What You’ll Do

Analyze source content and transform it into engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials. Draft course scripts, learning objectives, and assessments based on instructional design principles. Collaborate with visual designers and developers to create interactive, visually appealing eLearning modules. Learn and apply eLearning tools and standards Preferred SkillsWhat We’re Looking For

Strong Comprehension & Writing Skills – You can read complex content, understand it thoroughly, and rewrite it in a simple, learner-friendly way. Instructional Design Aptitude – You’re curious about how people learn and can organize information logically to make it engaging and effective. Creativity – You enjoy brainstorming ideas to make learning more visual, interactive, and impactful. Attention to Detail – You care about structure, tone, and clarity.

Added Advantage

Basic graphic design skills or a good visual sense (Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools). Experience in creative writing, content creation, or teaching.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
