Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with deep expertise in B2B commerce and experience in Optimizely and other enterprise commerce platforms. The BA will be responsible for eliciting requirements, writing user stories, and guiding development and QA teams throughout the migration process. This role is critical for ensuring business objectives are translated into technical deliverables and for driving successful migration from SAP B2B to Optimizely.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration scope and requirements. Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment. Support feasibility analysis and pilot module migration. Act as a subject matter expert for B2B workflows during the migration

Preferred SkillsPrimary Skills :

Technical Expertise

Strong knowledge of B2B commerce processes (pricing, catalogs, customer hierarchies, workflows). Experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud (or similar platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Understanding of CMS and PIM systems and their role in e-commerce ecosystems. API and integration knowledge – ability to work with RESTful APIs and data mapping. Hands-on experience in writing functional specifications and user stories for complex commerce systems.

  Non-Technical

Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills – ability to convert business needs into clear, actionable stories. Strong communication and stakeholder management – bridging business and technical teams. Experience in Agile methodology – working with Scrum teams, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Ability to guide development and QA teams during implementation and testing phases.

Secondary Skills :

Experience in SAP B2B systems – familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud modules and workflows. Knowledge of Optimizely Spire framework and headless architecture. Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for commerce deployments. Exposure to data migration projects – mapping product, pricing, and customer data. Basic knowledge of QA processes and test case validation.
