Lead Generation Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Manager with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will: ➡ Design and execute lead generation strategies ➡ Guide and mentor a team of lead generation executives ➡ Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline ➡ Possess strong communication and leadership skills ➡ Have mandatory business experience in the IT industry ➡ Prior business experience in ERP or Contact Center solutions .
Key Responsibilities ➡ Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet growth targets ➡ Guide, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives to achieve KPIs ➡ Monitor and assess team performance against KPIs and targets ➡ Manage lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, events, digital marketing, etc.) ➡ Identify, qualify, and nurture potential prospects before handing them to sales ➡ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging ➡ Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance ➡ Utilize CRM and automation tools to track and optimize lead activities ➡ Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements ➡ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ➡ 3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales ➡ Mandatory business experience in the IT industry ➡ Prior experience in ERP or Contact Center solutions (preferred) ➡ Strong leadership and team management skills ➡ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ➡ Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) ➡ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess KPIs and optimize processes ➡ Target-oriented, self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
