Marketing Manager We are a dynamic and growth-focused organization committed to innovation, creativity, and excellence. As we expand our market reach, we’re looking for a vibrant, result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead impactful marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social, email) and offline channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, creative design, and media planning. Monitor marketing performance and analyze campaign data to improve conversion rates and ROI. Manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and industry-specific forums. Organize and represent the company in events, webinars, and product launches. Handle marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and reporting on key KPIs to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to strengthen our competitive position. Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a mid-sized or fast-growing organization. Proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns. Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or SaaS industry (customize based on industry) Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing is a plus Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite Job Type: Full-time
