Machine Learning Engineer - I

Brief Description Develop and iterate on machine learning models with speed and precision—we focus on practical impact, not pure research. Prototype new ideas, rapidly turning concepts into tangible proof-of-concepts. Generate synthetic data when required to accelerate model development. Evaluate models rigorously using appropriate metrics and testing frameworks. Work confidently with both deep learning and classical ML techniques. Build and deploy useful, innovative applications powered by LLMs, not just prompt engineering, but crafting thoughtful, effective integrations. Compare LLM services, identify their strengths and limitations, and build solutions that go beyond off-the-shelf implementations. Explore and leverage agentic systems to create powerful, autonomous AI-driven experiences. Preferred Skills 1-3 years of professional experience in machine learning development. Strong skills in model development, deployment, and iteration. Experience with both deep learning and classical ML frameworks. Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, with the ability to build thoughtful, production-ready applications. Ability to creatively solve problems by generating synthetic data when needed. Deep understanding of model evaluation techniques and performance optimization. Experience with agentic systems is a significant plus.
