Brief DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (2–5 years) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and sales development within the IT/SaaS domain. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, HubSpot, and other tools. Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build and nurture client relationships. Support sales cycle activities, including proposals, presentations, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to drive inbound and outbound leads. Assist in managing official company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook). Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to support brand visibility. Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and campaign results. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Preferred SkillsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong interest and knowledge in IT/SaaS solutions. Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive approach. Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation is an added advantage.
