Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate requirements into actionable tasks and communicate them clearly to development teams. Track project progress, monitor updates, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user interface mockups, and integration specifications. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Assist development teams during the software development lifecycle with clarifications and guidance. Conduct system testing and validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve processes and solutions. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc IT/M.Sc CS). 3+ years of experience in system analysis, project coordination, or project management in a software development environment. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Experience with data modeling, process documentation, and diagramming tools (UML, BPMN). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and software technologies. Certification in business analysis, project management (PMP, CAPM), or related areas. Experience in tracking project lifecycles, milestone reporting, and coordinating multiple teams.
