Creative Designer – Visual Content Creator

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will design visual and video content for MYM Infotech’s inhouse campaigns and our clients. The role combines creativity, visual storytelling, and familiarity with new-age AI tools for content creation. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing campaigns. Create video content — YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, reels, demo videos, and explainer videos Edit videos using modern creative and AI-based tools to enhance productivity and quality. Develop infographics, presentations, and digital stories to support marketing efforts. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive campaign visuals. Maintain brand consistency across all digital materials for clients and internal needs. Stay updated with the latest trends in design, video marketing, and AI-driven media creation. Learn and adopt emerging AI tools for video, animation, and content production. Required Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, Doodly. Working knowledge of AI-based tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, HeyGen, Synthesia,Midjourney, etc.). Strong visual and creative storytelling ability. Basic video production and motion graphics skills. Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Time management and teamwork – ability to work across multiple projects anddeadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, VisualCommunication, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in creative design, digital marketing, or video production(freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
