Performance Marketing Specialist Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).We need someone with a proven ability to monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS, manage budgets, and implement A/B testing to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI. You should also be skilled in data tracking and analysis using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel, and dedicated to staying current with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta(Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. ● Monitor key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate. ● Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficiency and results. ● A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies. ● Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights. ● Implement tracking through tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure data accuracy via GA4 and Meta Pixel. ● Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in performance marketing.

Key Requirements:

● 2 years of experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. ● Strong understanding of paid media channels, audience targeting, bidding, and campaign structure. ● Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and GTM. ● Hands-on knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and funnel optimization. ● Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and Data Studio. ● Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Google Ads or Meta certifications (optional but a plus). ● Experience with eCommerce, B2B, or lead generation campaigns.
