Data Engineer

We are in search of a skilled Data Engineer and the successful candidate will work as part of the business analytics team and will be actively involved in data extraction, transformation and analysis requirements of the team. Key Responsibilities:

Write SQL queries/commands to extract data from RDMS (MSSQL/Postgres) Running scripts/applications to transform data to suit the customer requirements. Keep upto date with the Alamy data model. Contribute to building data warehouse for Alamy. Assist business analytics team with building analytical reports. Use ML capabilities in services like bigQuery. Keeping abreast of developments and best practices in data analysis

Preferred Skills Mandatory to have 2 - 4 years exposure as a Data Engineer/Analyst or similar role Thorough experience of working in RDMS like MSSQL and Postgres Must have experience in data warehousing and data analysis with tools like PowerBI/Bigquery. Familiarity of ML technologies. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 & above) & SSIS packages/ETL process. Excellent communication skills, being able to confidently articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences (including senior managers), and lead discussions both within and outside of the Technology space
