Role Overview We're seeking dynamic Sales Executives with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about technology and eager to build a career in software sales. You'll be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our digital solutions across Kerala. Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and connect with potential customers across business enterprises, government agencies, educational institutions (schools/colleges), and other organizations Present and demonstrate software solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings across B2B, B2G, and institutional segments Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction Track sales activities and provide regular reports Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development Collaborate with the technical and support teams for seamless client onboarding Preferred SkillsWho Should Apply This role is ideal for candidates who are genuinely passionate about sales and marketing and want to build a long-term career in this field. Education: Bachelor's degree completed in any discipline (preference for Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields) Experience: 0-2 years in sales (freshers with strong aptitude and genuine interest are welcome) Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Confidence in approaching and engaging with institutional decision-makers across corporate, government, and educational sectors Basic understanding of software/digital platforms (comprehensive training provided) Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Good time management and organizational skills Willingness to travel within Kerala for client meetings Real enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and technology Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales profession
