Brief DescriptionSrishti Innovative is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT business portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients through market research, networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms. Client Acquisition – Approach prospects, deliver sales presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients. End-to-End Sales Cycle – Manage the entire business development process: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing IT projects. Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. Market Expansion – Explore new geographies and sectors to bring in fresh business opportunities. Collaboration – Work closely with technical & delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements. Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and project closure targets.

 Preferred SkillsRequirements

2–5 years of experience in Business Development (IT/Software industry preferred). Proven record of closing IT projects (Web/Mobile/Enterprise solutions). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and market trends. Self-motivated, growth-focused, and result-oriented.
