Brief DescriptionMarketing Strategy:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Utilize online sales techniques to enhance market reach and customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands. Focus on selling technology products including E - commerce Softwares,Payroll Sofwares, ERP ,New Applications/ Enterprise etc.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Implement and optimize sales processes, tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Train and motivate the sales team to deliver high-quality client interactions. Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance dashboards. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Attend client meetings, industry events and networking sessions to strengthen partnerships.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or other related field; MBA (Mktg) or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing roles, in the technology sector. Ability to travel as required. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
