Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an Accountant to manage company finances, ensure accurate reporting, and handle compliance for multi-regional branches (India & Malaysia). The role involves managing transactions, payroll, taxation, and audit-related tasks while ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely closure of accounts. Compute and file taxes accurately while ensuring all statutory compliances are met. Handle timely payment and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other obligations. Manage EPF, EIS, and SOCSO filings for the Malaysian branch. Oversee monthly payroll processing and updates. Manage vendor and employee payments, including follow-ups and expense tracking. Oversee domain, hosting, and annual renewal payments. Coordinate accounting and compliance activities across multiple regions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.  Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and compliance. Strong understanding of accounting regulations and GAAP. Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory filings. Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate Level) and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
