Brief DescriptionSrishti Innovative is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT business portfolio. Key Responsibilities ๐น Lead Generation & Prospecting โ Identify potential clients through market research, networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms.๐น Client Acquisition โ Approach prospects, deliver sales presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients.๐น End-to-End Sales Cycle โ Manage the entire business development process: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing IT projects.๐น Relationship Management โ Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.๐น Market Expansion โ Explore new geographies and sectors to bring in fresh business opportunities.๐น Collaboration โ Work closely with technical & delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.๐น Target Achievement โ Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and project closure targets.Preferred SkillsRequirements
2โ5 years of experience in Business Development (IT/Software industry preferred). Proven record of closing IT projects (Web/Mobile/Enterprise solutions). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ย Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and market trends. Self-motivated, growth-focused, and result-oriented.
