We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who excels in building scalable, 

high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks. The ideal 

candidate possesses a deep understanding of software design principles, system architecture, and 

collaborative development practices. 

You will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions — from intuitive 

user interfaces to robust backend services — while ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient 

code. This role also involves active participation in code reviews, architectural discussions, and 

mentoring junior developers. 

 

Preferred Skills

Must-have technologies: Node.js, Redux, TypeScript, React, REST API, and Git Good to have: Firebase, Express.js, and CI/CD experience

∙Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern 

JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. 

∙Design and manage relational database structures, optimize queries, and handle data 

migrations. 

∙Build and integrate APIs and services using industry-standard communication protocols 

(REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, etc.). 

∙Oversee version control and collaborative workflows — managing pull requests, code 

reviews, branching strategies, and conflict resolution. 

∙Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, 

and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases. 

∙Ensure performance, security, and scalability across both frontend and backend systems. 

∙Implement and advocate for clean architecture, modular design, and reusable component 

patterns. 

∙Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. 

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and promote best 

development practices. 

 

Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. 

∙Deep understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization 

(relational databases). 

∙Proficiency in version control systems and collaborative development workflows (e.g., 

Git-based branching and PR management). 

∙Proven experience building and integrating APIs and microservices using multiple 

communication standards. 

∙Strong grasp of performance tuning, scalability strategies, and security best practices. 

∙Familiarity with containerization, deployment automation, and continuous integration 

pipelines. 

∙Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

(preferred). 

∙Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools and database abstraction 

layers. 

∙Familiarity with microservices or distributed system design. 

∙Exposure to in-memory data stores, message queues, or real-time communication 

systems. 

∙Prior experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring development 

teams. 

∙Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and DevOps practices.
