Technical Lead - .NET

Technical Lead - .NET We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Technical Lead to guide our engineering team in the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will play a pivotal role in architecture, design, development, and deployment using modern .NET technologies, while also mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ASP.NET Core Web APIs and enterprise-grade web applications. • Architect scalable backend systems using .NET 6/7/8, C#, and Entity Framework Core or ADO.NET. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders. • Guide the team in implementing RESTful services, Microservices, and secure integrations. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive performance optimization. • Own DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies. • Manage cloud infrastructure and services on Azure or AWS (App Services, SQL, Blob Storage, Lambda, etc.). • Oversee database design and optimization in MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB). • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, support skill development, and conduct technical training. • Work in Agile/Scrum methodology, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills: • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development. • Strong understanding of Entity Framework Core or ADO.NET for data access. • Solid experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, and database performance tuning. • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB preferred). • Hands-on experience in Azure or AWS cloud platforms. • Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. • Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices. • Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
