QA Lead

QA Lead We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Lead to manage and oversee the testing efforts of our software development lifecycle. The QA Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products, develop testing strategies, and provide leadership to the QA team. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on involvement in Health care domain.

Job Description:

1. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
2. Experience in project management and QA methodology
3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
4. Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
5. Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
6. Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
7. Execute test cases and analyze results
8. Proven written/verbal communication skills and ability to communication with global teams
9. Proficiency in test management tools JIRA will be mandate
10. Knowledge in healthcare domain.
11. Experience in health care domain is a mandate.

Required Skills/Experience

1. 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least [2+] years in a leadership role.

2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
   

3. Expertise in writing Test case and test plan
4. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Bachelor's degree in any field
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
7. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
