Front - End Engineer Job Summary We’re on the hunt for a Front-End Engineer who’s not just talented at crafting stunning, user-wowing interfaces, but also brings a can-do mindset, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and a genuine curiosity to learn new things. You should have a keen interest in discovering innovative technologies to experiment with and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.

Must-Have Skills -1-3 years of experience. -Mandatory: Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. -Proficiency in TypeScript. -Understands the functioning of modern web applications. -Strong passion for crafting detailed, innovative, and empathetic user interfaces, with a keen eye for pixel-perfect component implementation. -Experience or knowledge of headless CMS platforms, specifically Strapi. -Solid understanding of API integration (RESTful APIs, and ideally GraphQL). -Experience with state management patterns and libraries (e.g., Redux, React Query/TanStack Query, or React Context API). -Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). -Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git. -A strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work. -A curious mind, always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.

Added Advantages -Knowledge of the following concepts: SPA (Single Page Applications), ES6+ features, application performance optimization (including lazy loading, code splitting, and web vitals), unit testing methodologies, responsive design principles, SEO best practices, email template development, web accessibility (WCAG standards), and cross-browser compatibility. -Familiarity with modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite). -Basic understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
