Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Coordinator cum Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, client communication, and business development activities while learning the ropes of IT project management and sales.

Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating ongoing IT and software development projects.

Communicate project requirements clearly between clients and technical teams.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client meetings.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Assist in digital marketing and social media activities to promote company services.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic understanding of IT/software development concepts is an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
