Brief DescriptionBrandfell is looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong background in lead generation, and a passion for delivering real ROI for clients. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Develop and implement advanced lead generation strategies with a strong focus on ROI
Collaborate directly with clients to align on goals, campaign direction, and reporting
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid marketing
Communicate effectively with management about any campaign issues or roadblocks, along with proposed solutions
Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts
Proven track record of delivering successful lead generation campaigns with quantifiable results
Strong skills in campaign analysis, data interpretation, and optimization
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
Ability to independently handle client communications and performance reporting
Data analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) are a plus
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
