Quality Analyst

Quality Analyst We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work in an agile development environment alongside cross-functional teams—including Backend, Frontend, Integration, and DevOps—to ensure the highest quality standards across software releases. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance product quality through early defect prevention and continuous feedback.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the continuous integration (CI) platform used to test all projects.
• Ensure clear documentation of client requirements and manage scope changes in coordination with business stakeholders.
• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks across Web and Mobile platforms.
• Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, HP UFT, JMeter, LoadRunner, and other commercial/open-source tools.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing, and manage test environments for reliability and scalability.
• Coordinate with the Automation and Infrastructure teams to improve test automation coverage and reliability.
• Lead daily task assignments, resource planning, and manage testing reports, including defect metrics and build analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and scripts for functional and system testing.
• Ensure cultural compatibility of the product with target markets.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly test summary reports to clients.
• Develop automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Agile DevOps.
• Collaborate with clients to align testing strategies and plans for optimal outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Research and validate database integrity and escalate any issues to the project management team.
• Define and document standardized testing and reporting procedures.
• Assist in hiring and training new QA team members as part of team expansion.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on QA experience in a professional setting.

• Strong domain knowledge; prior experience with job site platforms is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in managing and executing automation test projects.

• Expertise in automation tools including Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Java, and TestNG.

• Solid understanding of front-end testing, including Functional, GUI, Black Box, System, Regression, Smoke, and UAT.

• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and offer effective solutions.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and experience in client-facing roles.
