Brief DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for blockchain-integrated projects and platform initiatives.
Collaborate with product owners to define project scopes, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate across design, development, and blockchain teams to ensure smooth sprint cycles.
Monitor progress and proactively address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Manage product releases, testing cycles, and integration with blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).
Maintain transparent documentation and communication across teams and stakeholders.
Ensure all projects align with Storygame's long-term vision and technical roadmap.
Track performance metrics to evaluate project outcomes and improvements.
Preferred Skills
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in blockchain, Web3 environments.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contracts, NFTs, tokens, wallets, DeFi.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams.
