Zoho Books Expert We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books Expert to manage and optimize our financial processes using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, customizing, and maintaining Zoho Books to ensure smooth and accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and customize Zoho Books according to business requirements.

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including invoices, payments, expenses, and reconciliations.

Generate and analyze financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Automate workflows within Zoho Books for improved efficiency.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc., if applicable).

Integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho applications (CRM, Payroll, Inventory) or third-party tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Books usage.

Train staff on using Zoho Books effectively.

Coordinate with the finance team and management to provide accurate financial insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing Zoho Books (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Familiarity with tax compliance requirements (GST, VAT, TDS as per region).

Experience integrating Zoho Books with CRM, Inventory, or Payment Gateways.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Zoho Certified Professional (Zoho Books Certification is a plus).

Experience with other Zoho apps (Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Inventory).

Experience in automating accounting processes using custom workflows.
