System Administrator- Freshers Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc. Familiar with system security, virtualization, data backup/recovery and patch management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Certifications in MCSA/CCNA/Azure, along with Network course will be an added advantage Install and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.) Manage network, servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain systems according to requirements Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
