Frappe Developer

Frappe Developer Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frappe Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining applications built on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. You will work closely with our functional and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Frappe Framework & ERPNext. Design and implement new features, modules, and integrations. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Work with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and custom app development. Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards in Frappe/ERPNext. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of existing applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext development. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Strong understanding of MariaDB/MySQL database design and queries. Familiarity with Git version control system. Knowledge of REST API integrations and web services. Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience in bench management and deployment. Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu server management. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Contribution to open-source ERPNext/Frappe community is a plus.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salary: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant Frappe/ERPNext experience
