We’re looking for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to drive our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD strategy, and security automation for mission-critical AI workloads. You’ll own cloud architecture, champion DevSecOps best practices, and mentor engineering teams—all while shaping the future of a fast-growing AI-first SaaS product.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Architect and manage AWS infrastructure (ECS/EKS, RDS/PostgreSQL, EC2, S3, Lambda) 🏗️ Build robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab & Jenkins 🔁 Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) ⚙️ Drive security automation: SAST/DAST, IAM, secrets mgmt, compliance (SOC2, GDPR) 🛡️ Collaborate on ML model deployments using SageMaker, TorchServe, or Triton 🧠 Manage observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry 📊 Lead, mentor, and promote a DevSecOps-first culture 💬👨‍🏫

🎯 You Should Have: 6+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or DevSecOps roles 🌍 Deep AWS expertise: VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudTrail 🌩️ Strong scripting & automation (Bash, Python, Terraform, Helm) 🧰 Hands-on PostgreSQL/RDS scaling and tuning experience 🗄️ Knowledge of ML workflows, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate) is a big plus! 🧬
