SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER Job Title: Senior Python Developer Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala Experience: 3+ Year Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site/Hybrid/Flexible Shift: Regular Shift

Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Python developer responsible for developing and maintaining applications aimed at a vast number of diverse projects. Your primary focus will be the development of Python applications. You will work alongside other engineers and developers working on different infrastructure layers. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Key Responsibilities;

• Responsible for modifying and extending open-source applications. • Analyse Design, Develop, and Deploy web/desktop-based applications as per the project specifications. • Develop desktop and web applications deployed in the cloud. • Ensure scalability and performance using queuing by celery. • Develop mobile or tablet frontend using jQuery-mobile. • API Programming. • Facebook/Twitter Integration. • Coordinate with team members in developing and designing. • Test and analyze programming projects. • Work with the team to explore innovative ideas and approaches to enable new ways to understand and interact with large amounts of data from the internet.

Technical Skills;

• Environment: Apache / Linux /Unix. • Proficient in Python/ Django/Flask. • Experience in Opensource Technologies. • Database Designing and Performance Tuning in MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB. • SVN/git. • Pinax. • Celery. • JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery., CSS. • Web Services Technologies and APIs. • Knowledge of XML, and JSON data types. • HTML 5 is a plus. • Experience and a good understanding of multi-tier software architecture, and service-oriented architecture are preferred.

Soft Skills;

• Must be able to adapt and self-teach various mobile, web, and database technologies quickly. • Must write efficient code with documentation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. • Team-oriented individual, positive attitude, energetic, result & delivery-oriented, keen interest in exploring innovative solutions.
