Brief DescriptionHR Intern (6-Month Internship) Location: Technopark Phase 5 Kollam Type : Paid Duration: 6 Months Requirement: Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, and preparing offer letters. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs. Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Coordinate training and development activities. Participate in HR policy implementation and compliance. Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
