Brief DescriptionLocation: Trivandrum Job Type: Full-time, working from the office   Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.  Coordinate employee training programs, monitor participation, and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives to promote continuous improvement. Support managers and employees in HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
