Brief DescriptionThe HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth business functioning. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, office administration, and policy implementation while supporting the management in achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
Handle employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and grievance redressal.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage office administration including vendor management, procurement, and maintenance.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other office logistics.
Preferred Skills 0-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (preferably in an IT company).
Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude, problem-solving approach, and team coordination skills.
