Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with exceptional UX thinking and a strong eye for UI to shape world-class experiences at Way.com. You will play a critical role in designing flows that power our car super-app, influencing millions of users. Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of core product experiences Solve complex user problems with simple, intuitive interfaces Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align business goals and user needs Elevate design quality by mentoring team members and setting standards Build and validate design solutions through research, prototyping, and usability testing

Preferred SkillsPreferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in UX design with strong UI design capabilities. Expertise in user-centered design principles and modern design tools (Figma, etc.) Strong portfolio showcasing impactful product design work. Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders. Experience in leading design for large-scale web and mobile products is a plus
