Role Overview Kick-start your career by joining Way.com’s Design Team! As a UX/UI Design Intern, you’ll work on real-world challenges under the guidance of our experienced design leaders. Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, and interfaces for mobile and web Support senior designers in research, prototyping, and usability testing Contribute to improving existing product experiences Learn to align business objectives with user needs

Preferred Skills Final-year students or recent graduates in Design, HCI, or related fields Solid foundation in UX principles and a keen sense of visual design Familiarity with Figma or similar tools Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset A portfolio (even academic projects) showcasing potential in UX/UI
