Brief Description

Job Specification: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our global client base with prior experience in the IT industry.. This role is ideal for someone who can develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationship and manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.  Responsibilities :

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

Conduct product demos and service presentations for prospective clients (online and offline).

Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with project and client requirements.

Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, deals, and follow-ups.

Communicate effectively with clients, including the ability to discuss requirements using technical terminologies.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

1–2 years of proven experience within the IT industry (Mandatory).

Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills Strong understanding of IT Services (web development, mobile apps, cloud services, data sciences.) Experience in international sales and client acquisition. Interpersonal Skills: Adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. Technical Skills: Relevant certifications in Sales, Data Center Product Sales, and Soft Skills are considered an added advantage and familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Business Intelligence & Strategic Planning: Experienced in report creation, strategic planning, and market data analysis. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
