Brief DescriptionExperience: 3–5 yearsLocation: Technopark, Phase 1Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a skilled, and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React.js and working knowledge of Node.js, with a passion for building scalable, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications. As a senior developer, you will not only design and deliver responsive interfaces but also provide mentorship to junior team members, lead technical discussions, and contribute to R&D efforts on emerging technologies. You will also work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.• Collaborate with backend developers (Node.js), designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences aligned with business goals.• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.• Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional frontend components.• Debug and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices.• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, encouraging best practices and continuous learning.• Lead R&D initiatives to explore, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools for improving development efficiency and product quality.• Actively engage in technical discussions and provide input during architectural decisions.• Stay updated with emerging frontend trends, frameworks, and technologies.Preferred SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications

•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). •        Hands-on experience in frontend development. •        Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle). •        Working knowledge of Node.js and experience integrating with APIs. •        Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript. •        Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming. •        Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. •        Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. •        Experience in handling stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions. •        Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering. •        Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries. •        Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). •        Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Mocha).
