Address : Lean transition Solutions , Periyar Building , Technopark Phase1, Trivandrum We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management by ensuring governance, process standardisation, JIRA administration, and reporting. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between project teams and leadership, driving visibility, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Support & Governance
Standardise project management processes, templates, and reporting across all projects. Ensure adherence to organisational methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Track project status, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively. Support PMs and BAs with consolidated project portfolio reporting.
JIRA Administration & Management
Own and manage JIRA setup, workflows, permissions, and configurations. Create and maintain project boards, sprint templates, and dashboards. Ensure timely and accurate updates from PMs, BAs, and Development teams. Generate reports including burn-down charts, velocity, SLA tracking, and portfolio views.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly/monthly consolidated project status reports for leadership teams in India & UK. Publish dashboards and updates to maintain transparency across projects. Provide delivery insights to support Sales & Strategic teams for client commitments.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Continuously improve project tracking tools and methods. Ensure data accuracy in project management systems for audit and compliance. Support risk and change management processes.
Training & Enablement
Train BAs, and team members on JIRA and Project management processes and Support PM for project executions. Act as the first point of contact for tool-related queries and support. Promote best practices in project tracking, documentation, and communication. Preferred Skills 2–4 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / JIRA Administration. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project governance. Hands-on experience with JIRA administration, dashboards, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
