Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create user-centered design solutions that cater to our users' needs and support business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, visually engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our products and services. Responsibilities ·        Design and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs ·        Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions ·        Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and specifications for web and mobile applications ·        Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet product requirements and are feasible to implement ·        Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms ·        Develop and maintain design documentation, including design files, style guides, and specifications ·        Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design ·        Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback ·        Work collaboratively within the design team to maintain a high level of design quality and consistencyPreferred SkillsRequirements ·        2 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work ·        Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field ·        Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar ·        Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking ·        Excellent visual design skills, with expertise in typography, color theory, and composition ·        Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional teams ·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines ·        Strong problem-solving skills, with creative and critical thinking abilities Nice to Have ·        Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design systems ·        Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508) ·        Experience with design tools such as Axure, Principle, or other prototyping tools ·        Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) ·        Experience with user testing and research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing)   Immediate joiners preferred Job Location : Technopark
