Key responsibilities

serve as the primary technical contact for clients regarding PHP-based solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve client -reported issues related to PHP applications,scripts or integrations collaborate with development teams to identify,reproduce,and resolve bugs or technical problems Assist clients in configuring,customizing and optimizing PHP applications to meet their needs Provide detailed documentation and report on support cases Manage client records onboarding details in ERP systems for proper tracking and reporting Handle ongoing client support request ,enabling/disabling services and psoting promtional content Implement SEO  essentials such as meta tags and Google tag manager/analytics for perfomance tracking and marketing support Provide reliable support to ensure smooth day-to-day digital operations Preferred SkillsSkills wordpress HTML,CSS ERP  Management Google analytics &Tag manager SEO (meta tags,optimization) Website management and updates client support and communication QUALIFICATION Diploma,polytechnic,Bca,Mca,or other related fileds
