The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing growth strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for recent MBA Marketing graduates to kickstart their careers in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities

Assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies

Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms

Maintain and update CRM and client databases

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and content requirements

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client discussions

Follow up with potential leads and support the sales funnel process

Preferred Skills

MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing (Only pass-out candidates are eligible)

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Energetic, self-motivated, and a quick learner

Strong organizational and time-management skills
