Business Analyst Trainee

Brief Description

Experience :  0 to 1 Year 

Collaborate with BA and business teams to understand business needs and pain points.

Analyze requirements and define high-level business and system solutions.

Document user stories and support the development team in translating them into actionable designs.

Act as a liaison between business users and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Support UAT, system configuration, and deployment processes.

Assist in creating business process flows, use cases, and user documentation.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration. 

Certification or internship in Business Analysis is mandatory.

Should possess good analytical skills. 

Good to have basic knowledge of SDLCs used.
