Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Product Specialist to join our Cross Sell team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind offering Way.com’s full suite of services to our customers during live transferred calls from our customer service team. Your goal will be to educate, engage, and successfully convert these opportunities into sales across multiple product verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Take live transferred calls from customer service agents Present and sell a variety of Way.com’s services including:

Car Insurance Auto Refinance Way+ Membership Car Wash Services Gas Cashback Maintenance & Repair Mileage Tracker

Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products Clearly explain product value, features, and benefits to customers Meet or exceed cross-sell and conversion targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems Collaborate with customer service and sales leadership to optimize performance Preferred SkillsRequired Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales or cross-selling role. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to quickly learn and explain a wide range of product offerings. Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and managing time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience cross selling products in a large-scale or corporate environment. Familiarity with auto-related services or fintech products is a plus.
