System Support Engineer

Brief DescriptionJob Description: Our company, a leader in the IT sector, is looking for highly qualified and motivated **System Support Engineers ** to strengthen our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and monitoring the IT infrastructures of our clients, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: o   Monitor IT infrastructure using Checkmk and proactively address issues for both internal and customer environments. o   Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-related issues in Linux and Windows environments. o   Manage and maintain hypervisors and physical infrastructure. o   Administer and maintain backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability. o   Escalate complex issues to service providers or vendors and collaborate for resolution. o   Develop and maintain scripts using Bash or PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency. o   Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
