Junior SAP Support Engineer (Fresher)

Brief DescriptionJob Description: We are looking for a Junior SAP Support Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have a technical background and a strong interest in starting their career in SAP support and IT services.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for SAP-related issues reported by end-users Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system errors, tickets, and incidents Assist in configuring SAP modules under supervision User Creation and maintenance, authorization and role change management Overseeing SAP Transport Management System activities Help maintain system documentation and knowledge base Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues Perform basic system checks, data entry, and system validation tasks Communicate effectively with users and escalate issues as needed Preferred Skills B. Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or M.Tech / MCA / Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent Freshers with passion to start a career in the IT field are encouraged to apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English Willingness to learn SAP systems and IT processes Preferably based in or around Trivandrum
