Roles and ResponsibilitiesSource potential candidates from various channelsCommunicating with the managers to identify future job openings.Screening the applicants according to the job requirements and competencies.Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.Develop and execute recruiting plans and execute all phases of the recruitment process.Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal databaseProcessing the Offer and negotiating on employment terms with the candidate.Conducting employee engagement activities.Preferred SkillsPreferred SkillsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues6+ years of IT recruitment experience.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsKnowledge of legal compliance will be an added advantage.Immediate joiners preferred.
