Brief DescriptionSrishti Innovative is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT business portfolio.Key Responsibilities🔹 Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients through market research, networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms.🔹 Client Acquisition – Approach prospects, deliver sales presentations, and convert leads into long-term clients.🔹 End-to-End Sales Cycle – Manage the entire business development process: prospecting, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closing IT projects.🔹 Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.🔹 Market Expansion – Explore new geographies and sectors to bring in fresh business opportunities.🔹 Collaboration – Work closely with technical & delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.🔹 Target Achievement – Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and project closure targets.Preferred Skills✅ 2–5 years of experience in Business Development (IT/Software industry preferred).✅ Proven record of closing IT projects (Web/Mobile/Enterprise solutions).✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.✅ Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and market trends.✅ Self-motivated, growth-focused, and result-oriented.📩 Send your resumes to: career@srishtis.com
